Brian G. NY here. My first experience with A-C was with the "B" my Dad bought new in '44 when I was but 3 years old. Unfortunately, he eventually sold that one. Then, in '58, he picked up a '52 WD that had been thru a barn fire and left to sit out in the weather for a few years. He and I rebuilt it that year while I was a senior in H.S.. I still have that WD and it is my main tractor which I use regularly with the homemade loader my Dad built for it and with a 5' Bush Hog. Have since picked up a couple of running WD-45s and a few WD & WD-45 parts tractors. The one WD-45 I use regularly in the summer with an 82S mower which I have gone completely thru and works beautifully.

Hello, from Michigans' Upper Penninsula. I am a self employed Bodyman/ painter/ radiator repairman, trying to be semi-retired, but I am mostly just tired. Iam always willing to help, so anyone with questions regarding body and paint, or radiator/ cooling problems feel free to contact me. Ibuy/ sell trade AC tractors and currently have a C, a D17 which is my pulling tractor, a WD, and a couple unstyled WC's which I really like. I hope to meet a lot more AC people on this site. Sorry to post twice, Ya know its really hard to see the page numbers or is it just mye ?

Hi! I just joined 10/17/09 I am Ralph Buchanan, and am a transplanted Ill prarie guy living in the puget sound area of washington. Roy, Wa. I am a 39 model, and work for the Boeing Co. as a overhead crane mechanic. Probably retire before long, but still haven't bought all the toys I want yet. I have 10 acres, with 30 chickens, 3 angus cows,2 weaner pigs, a dog and wife. I needed a tractor, in 2000 when I bought this place, and bought a stuck 52 B, and then had to learn the Puter, so I could find parts for it. (It's addictive, these AC's) Ive, got a 48C, 55 WD45, a 335 minnie with loader, a 350 Mc Cormick, and of course the 52 B that I mentioned. The only thing that doesn't run and earn it's keep. is a AC B stationary engine, that is stuck, that I recently was given. Probably try to power a PTO generator with it. I need all the AC resorces that I can find, so I was happy to find this web site.

Hi, Ed from Beaumont Tx. If this works the video is my WD45LP. It sat in my Father in law's pasture for over ten years. His neighbor was mowing with it when it broke down. He came back for the mower but he died suddenly before he could come back for the tractor. None of his family wanted it so my FIL was going to haul it to the scales. He let me talk him out of it so I brought it home and here you see it firing for the first time in 11 years. I've been doing a little at a time for the past year and a half and I've got most everything working on it. If the picture come through that's my 41 B. I just got it home a couple of weks ago and haen't had time to do much to it yet. That's my winter project. I wanted something smaller and easier to work with for my first restoration project. Glad to be here with y'all

Just signed in, as you might guess from my name, I'm from Wisconsin. Been driving Allis since I was in the third grade. Hit a few shows now and then, and have the strong urge to restore a couple. Got to get some $ together, and the wife's ok... Money will be the easy part!

Welcome caron. I have a CA and my brother also has one. He has factory belly weights and rear wheel weights. They are a great little tractor with the power shift wheels and extra gear that the C does't have. Live power is also nice. There are not many in my area. I have the C I grew up on so have a lot of sentimental value with it. Dallas

I'm in south central Wisconsin. Started driving an unstyled WC in the fourth grade, graduated to a '57 WD-45 in the 5th grade, so I got a few hours on my hour meter. Took second in the local FFA tractor pull with that same WD-45, bone stock. Took an M with m&w pistons in it to beat her! Been an AC fanatic ever since....Saving my $ for a D-14 or CA to restore, so I can make my grandkids AC fanatics

Hi, I'm Phill Snartland, from St. Cloud, MN. I've been a fan of AC for as long as I can remember. I have a 1954 WD-45 that I've restored to showroom condition. I enjoy reading the posts and helping with questions if I can. I got a lot of experience as I was restoring my 45. My other tractor is a Ferguson TO-35 greenbelly. I'm working on restoring that one now. My wife keeps asking me why we need 2 tractors when we live in town. I just smile and say how could we get along without them?
