I was wondering if any of you have an idea what a WD45 narrow front with one bad rim, but still hodingl up is worth. Not sure about tires he thought 50%. The tin is supposedly good, new battery and runs good and he said if never jumped out of gear for him . He is asking 1400. which i think is to much for me. I will try to get it for less if i like tractor. I have seen no pic but if look at it will take pic. It is only 25 miles from me. Even 1 opinion will help. thanks Dallas

Dallas, You didn't say if it is a gas or diesel. Pretty sure if it is a diesel you would have picked it up already and be bragging about it. If the lights are all there and the sheet metal is good that may be on the high side but not out of line. The rim could be patched and may need to get a new tube so it is easier to move or use. A nice plus would be power steering and also lift latches. Also check if the rail stops are there on the rims. As always check wear on the clutch pedal and the draw bar. Offer 1000 or 1200 and see what He says. Good luck! jon

One more thing, it couldn't hurt to ask if he has any weights that came with it.

Dallas, Was looking at the local craigslist (Columbia,MO.) and there is a WD45 gas nf ps with block heater and weights for 1500. Tires are said to be 90% on back with straight sheet metal. I don't need another tractor that size or I might try to sneak it home.

Dallas, Did you get a better look at the 45? Maybe some pictures. Also was wondering how bad you are flooding. Talking 2to5 inches new snow today for us.

Here are pics of the 45. Have to talk to the guy, and see what his bottom $ is going to be. We have the better part of 160 acres under water right now. The bugger still hasn't crested. Sounds like it is going to be another long wet year for us.

Pretty straight looking tractor for the age and the tires look good. If it runs good I would say 1200 is a good price but I wouldn't go more because of the rim. Good luck.

Dallas, tractor looks good, nice when they don't shot them with paint and try to cover up things. At this point it really depends on what you ae wanting out of this tractor, a worker or one to restore. Most of my tractors have oil leaks on them. I don't get to worried about them because of the type of wor that i use them for, If I had them restored or used them every day then I might wnt torepair the leaks. ome leaks as you know are a easy and cheap fix and some take more money. On a side note I have been away for a couple days because I had knee surgery. Will be a week or tw before I'm backfull strength so cabin fever may set in. Good Luck with your decision. Jon
