It finally dryed up enough to get in the marsh and shell off corn last week. It run about 70 bushel. Mom spent 2 1/2 days in hospital for pneumonia, I think Pete is getting it too. Did a bunch of work at African Safari Wildlife Park, had the D grader down there and graded the road in the drive-thru, its just a fuzz over a mile. Put some drain pipe in to drain some water off roads and parking lot. Haven't started farming yet, too wet. The May-Flys are starting to hatch out of the lake, what a bunch of pests they are. Good thing they don't have mouths so they can bite! I often wonder what the Indians did way back when the May-flys hatched out. Run inland if they were smart! Had tornado 30 miles west of us last Saturday night/Sunday morning kill 7 and knock down a school, police station and a bunch of houses. Hope we / nobody else has any of them things. I been feeling much much better after my pneumonia, still got a cough now an then but pretty good otherwise hope to get some farming done next week but they calling for, yep, you guessed it, rain! Take care all!
